I'm gonna get flamed for this i'm sure but is there any other way of getting the Mystic Regeneration skill without going to Dau>Mouth of Torment to buy it?

Unlock it with faction.
Then any Elonian skill trader will sell it to you.

I just thought I should add that once a skill has been unlocked in any way--another character on the account buying it or through faction--you can also learn it through a non-elite skill tome of the correct profession (which can be cheaper than buying the skill at a skill trainer).

Unlock it for your account in general by either:

PvE: Having a character already at that zone change his/her secondary to Dervish and unlock it with their skill point and gold.

PvP: Gain 1000 Balthazar faction (points gained from kills and wins in PvP) in the Random Areans or Training Matches then unlock the skill at the NPC "Priest of Balthazar".

By unlocking the skill for your account any Dervish or /D in PvE can purchase it from any skill trainer anywhere.

Thanks for your help guys....I got it last night with 2 wins and 1 loss in PVP

Its a great skill btw
